Gray obtained a B.A from the University of California at Berkeley. After
college, she immediately began working in the T.V and Radio industry and later
became a high school teacher until her mother, a realtor, encouraged her to
become a real estate agent.
Her dedication, compassion, ambition, and knowledge made Pila an instant success. Entering this competitive industry with no base salary, her determination to succeed enabled her in her second year to become the youngest top producer in an office of 400 agents.
